The handbag is perfect, the protection was completely adequate. The little extra would have been to have just a thank you note with the bag for the order.

She assured me everything would be fulfilled and taken care of had I had any issues. I took the chance and purchased 2 tote bags, and I got them in about 2 weeks! They're absolutely gorgeous! The perfect size, designs, and great quality material! I was so in love, and had received so many compliments, that I bought another one later on.
